Sun. 1/3/2016 - And so it begins...again, no matter how much we all may want the holiday to linger, we must get back to work, and that is a good thing!
Dearest AP World Historians,
Hopefully your break has been a good one, full of relaxation, fun, time with family, friends, and all the activities you love (and hopefully some learning too)!
But now, it is time to shake off the cobwebs and get back to work. Do not fall into the pit of despair that is lamenting the end of break, rather try to realize that the inevitable return to school is by in large good for all of us, not to mention a privilege that many people worldwide (some 60 million school aged girls for example) can only dream of having access to.
For tomorrow, make sure you are aware of what was assigned, when it was assigned, etc (go examine the Unit #4 Folder in GoogleDrive including the Read/Watch Schedule, Unit #4 Our World's Story Chapters, etc.). Review/do that work so you walk in with some remembrance of what we've already learned. I gave you the break off to some degree...but that means we will really have to hit it hard this week so come back mentally prepared.
See you all tomorrow!
Joe Baginski, AP World History Teacher
