Tue. 3/8 - One more imperialism primary source, a quick review of the DBQ process, and work-time on any of the work out there (Study Guide, LTs, etc.)
Dearest AP World Historians,
I'm out again, been a rough year health-wise at BagsEnd, doing my best to limit the negative impact on you awesome young people.
Today, examine/complete the two new tasks described below, then use the remaining time to work on on-going projects, etc. Remember, tomorrow is the "Victorian Tea Party", be ready to go...I'll be there as your waiter, ready to serve.
Oh, one more thing...Bopp and Bags decided to delay the test until next week, not sure what day, likely Tuesday at least. We're ahead of schedule and want to make sure this unit sinks in.
LT #1 - "Burmese Days" by.George Orwell (1934) - Located here on the blog and in the Primary Sources folder, this is another one Bags wants you to read and respond to in your Primary Source Notes for the Imperialism Study Guide.
LT #2 - "On the DBQ, the BAR, and the Thesis" - Review the DBQ process as we will complete one starting Thursday and Friday in-class.
